You will be required to complete the fundamental classes before you may partake in the main classes. This is to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit so that you have a better understanding of the movements when asked to perform them. Fundamental classes (Must complete a minimum of 3)
Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 7:00 p.m. (You must sign up for a fundamental class by 7pm the day before the class is offered)
Monday-Friday 5:30am, 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30 am, 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
