There will only be one class at 11:00am.
As Many Benchmarks as possible in 25 minutes:
P1: Ride 1 Mile
P2: Will complete Benchmark WODs in this order:
When P1 comes back from bike ride P2 will take over where P1 left off. Complete as many benchmarks as possible in the time allotted.
Deadlifts, 225# / 155#
30 Clean and Jerks, 135# / 95#
Thrusters, 95# / 65# (Adjust weight according to fitness level)
3 Rounds for time of:
21 Kettlebell Swings, 53# / 35#
150 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
Adjust weight according to fitness level. Scale HSPU with regular pushups. If you do not have a bike, substitute 800m run/walk or 1000m row, sub pull ups with ring rows
