Lex Ozias

I found CrossFit in the summer of 2012. I did my first workout and it completely kicked my ass. I thought I was in great shape. I had wrestled for 15 years prior with 2 years of that in college. After doing my first workout i was hooked. I love the varied workouts and high intensity aspect. After doing CrossFit on my own for a year I moved to Morgantown WV and started working out at Mountaineer CrossFit with Thomas Hooton. I truly enjoyed the gym and the atmosphere and decided one day I would love to coach CrossFit. I received my Level 1 in July of 2014 and have been happily helping people become more fit since. I am passionate about coaching people and seeing them progress. I feel like I have a certain set of skills and it is my job to do my best to help anyone who needs it to make them the best CrossFitter/athlete they can be.
