Diamonds: Toe Touches
Spades: S2S Hops
Clubs: Good Mornings (Hands on Hips)
Handstand Push-ups (Handstands and Wall Ups)
Metcon (Time)
Partner AMRAP in a given time of:
10 OH Ball Toss -> 2 Wall Ups (Hold for 3 seconds)
10 Chest Passes -> 4 Deadlifts (each)
10 Underhand Passes -> 6 Wall Ball Shots (each)

Game: Dragon Tails. Each person has two flags except the tagger. Game continues until one person has both of their flags taken. Flags are not allowed to be covered, otherwise one of your flags will be removed
