Warm-up (No Measure)
“Simon Says”: A circle of cones will be in the middle of the room and kids start the game by running around the cones. At the call “FREEZE!”, everyone stops and then a location and movement are called out. The kids go to that location in the room and perform the stated repetitions of the movement. When they are done they resume running around the cones
Push Press (Focus: Elbows to Wall Drill)
For the skill: perform push presses with the elbows slightly touching the wall
Metcon (Time)
Complete 3 rounds of:
7 Hang Power Cleans (DSDS)
3 Box Jump and Overs
7 Push Presses
Backpedal Cone to Cone
