Warm-up (No Measure)
Mixed Tabata (3 times each) of: Wall to wall side shuffle -> Forward Rolls (make sure to take a second between reps) -> Burpees
Wall Walk (Practice)
Walk up as far as possible while keeping braced. Certain movements can be added in at the top to make it more fun, such as right hand up, left hand up, tap your head, shuffle left, touch your leg, etc
