Wod Skill Movement (3×3 of determined WOD weight)
Skill movement and weight determination
Figure out weight for WOD and do 3 sets of 3 (each movement will be one set)

5 Rounds for time:
12 Deadlifts, 155# / 105#
9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# / 105#
6 Push Jerks, 155# / 105#
