10 yard single leg line hop
5 kip swings
10 yard lunge walk
Skill development
Stinkbug around the box: Start with hands on floor, toes on box, and hips high (ideally directly over hands). Walk your hands around the box in a circle keeping body position as constant as possible. Practice both directions.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP:
7 air squats->bear crawl to next cone
7 push press->bear crawl to next cone
7 lateral hops (each way)->bear crawl to first cone
