Med Ball Relay. Kids are divided evenly among teams. One person from each team will roll a med ball down to and around the cone and then back to the start line so person #2 can repeat. Warm up continues until all team members have rolled the ball

Game: Protect the Pin. Rules are similar to dodgeball, except each team has three pins to protect. Once all three pins are knocked over, then the game is finished. The ball has to stay below the neck or that player is automatically eliminated
