Deadlift (Focus: Angry Gorilla Back)

2x: Rotate through 1:00 minute stations

Station 1: Deadlifts

Station 2: Burpees

Station 3: Mountain Climbers

Station 4: Broad Jumps

Game: Balloon Bonanza. A balloon is thrown into the air and the kids have to work together to keep the balloon off the ground. If the balloon(s) touch the ground, the kids have to do 5 reps of a movement. Game resumes after movements are finished
