Mountaineer CrossFit – Kids
(No Measure)
Red Light / Green Light. All kids start on one side of the room while another kid (designated to say red light / green light) stands at the finish line on the opposite end of the room. Coach decides what movement(s) the kids need to do to cross the finish line. Once “Green Light” is called, kids must move toward the finish line. If “Red Light” is called, kids must freeze in place. If someone is still moving once “Red Light” is called, that kid must return to the start line. Game is over when most or all of the kids cross the finish line
Burpees
Metcon (Time)
King/Queen of Burpees, Squats, and Tuck Jumps (aka “Death By”). Complete one of each movement the first minute, two of each movement the second minute, etc. WOD continues until all reps of each movement can not be completed within the minute. Anyone that is out can hold a plank or wall sit
Metcon (Time)
Game: CrossFit Kids Limbo. PVC is held horizontally as players line up a few feet from the PVC. Kids perform three reps of a movement before they limbo. The PVC will lower incrementally once all kids have passed under it.
