Shuttle Relay (3:00-5:00 Minutes). Three objects will be placed in a line in front of “home base.” Once the whistle blows, one person from each team will shuttle run to retrieve the object and bring it back to “home base.” Relay continues until all three objects have been collected. The next group up will put the objects back in line. The way in which the objects will be collected may vary (sprint, side shuffle, backpedal, bear crawl, flamingo hops, etc.)
Air Squat (Focus: Heel-balance drill)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
AMRAP in a given time of:
1 Throw to the wall (make sure to retrieve the ball and hand it to the next person)
5 Push Ups
10 Squats
15 Jumping Jacks

Game: Memory Movements -> Athletes all stand in a circle. The coach designates someone to start the game. The first person completes one movement of his or her choice; for example, the athlete can do 1 air squat. The next athlete then completes 1 air squat and adds another movement; for example, 1 push-up. The third athlete performs 1 air squat and 1 push-up, then adds his or her own movement. This pattern continues around the circle. When someone forgets the sequence, the athlete runs around the circle and returns to his or her spot, and the game starts over.

Game #2: Team leaders from Monday (Braxton and Jason) pick the game
