Game: Week One Challenge Relay. Players are divided into teams of two at one end of the room. The coach will ask a question to each team, and an answer must be written on a piece of paper. Once an answer is written, the person must place the paper on their chest and run down and back without the paper falling to the ground. The first person back gets to answer the question. Be careful, because if you get it wrong, the other team can answer! The first team to get the answer correct picks 5 reps of a movement for the other team to perform.
