(No Measure)
“Baton Relay.” Kids are split up evenly into two teams. The first kid from each group will collect the three markers set up in a shuttle format and hand them to the next person in line. The next group of kids will place the markers back in their respective cones. Order of collecting/replacing markers in the cones will change (Ex. 1st, 3rd, 2nd cone; 3rd, 1st, 2nd cone, etc.).
Roll (Tripod, Find the Wall, Tuck and Roll)

AMRAP in a given time of (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds to switch stations) of:
1. Forward Rolls
2. Burpees
3. MB Deadlifts
4. Lateral Hops
Metcon (Time)
Game: Quidditch. The class is split up into equal teams. A bucket will be set up on both sides of the gym. One person from each team will come to the middle for the jump ball (only time the ball may touch the ground is off of the jump ball). Once the game begins, teammates scramble to get the ball into the opposing team’s bucket. Scoring in the bucket gives a team 2 points
