Wide-receiver Dodgeball catch —> Run to a cone, turn and catch the Dodgeball. It may be the bouncy ball or the foam ball. Passes will vary (Overhead, from the chest, bounce, underhand, etc.)
Stinkbug
Stinkbug (Walk around the box) -> In a stinkbug position with toes on box, walk hands 180 degrees around the box (like a roving plank) and then reverse directions back to starting point

5 Good Mornings (Hips to Wall)

Game: Gymnastics and Tumbling Relay Challenge. Kids are split into two teams. Coach Keba and Michael will ask a question to each team. Once a team knows the answer to the question, one person from each team will roll the med ball down and back through a zig zag pattern. If a cone is knocked over, it will need to be set back up before continuing through the course. The first team to make it back to the starting line gets to answer the question. If they answer wrong, the other team can “steal” (answer the question). The team that gets the question right makes the other team perform three reps of a movement determined by the draw of a card. A new person has to roll the med ball each round.
