Warm-up (No Measure)
“Simon Says.” Two lines will form at one end of the floor. One kid from each team starts at the bottom of a burpee at the start line. When the whistle blows, each kid will jump up and run to the opposite end of the floor and pick up a Med Ball . When “Simon Says,” each kid will throw the ball at the corresponding number(s) on the wall. There is a three rep jumping jack penalty if a kid moves without Simon saying to do so. Game continues with the next kids in line

Game
“Crab-Walk MedBall Relay Race.” Kids are separated evenly behind two starting lines next to each other. A medicine ball is placed at each starting line and a cone is placed on the opposite end of the room. In a relay-race format, the player at the front of the line gets into a crab-walk position and pushes the ball to the cone and back. The players can use any part of their body to move the ball. Once the ball and player cross the starting line, the next player can begin. Different walk versions will be used to switch locomotion up (walk, bear crawl, Army crawl, etc.).
