Warm-up (No Measure)
AMRAP in a given time: Speed Ladder -> Zig Zag -> Roll -> Ball/Frisbee Catch
Goblet Squat

Team Relays: Farmer Carry, Med Ball Roll, Log Flip, and Med Ball Carry. Kids will be split into two teams. Each kid must complete one trip down and back of each movement (everyone does movement A before moving on to movement B, etc.). The first team to finish the entire relay picks 5 reps of a movement for the losing team to do.
