****I am moving in 2 weeks so I wanted to have a going away party at my apartment next Saturday, August 6th. Show up anytime after 7pm. I will be grilling burgers and hot dogs…feel free to bring any food or drinks. Everyone is invited! Ask a coach for directions -LEX

Warm-up (No Measure)
Wide-receiver foam ball catch: run to a cone, forward roll, turn and catch the ball
DSDS (Practice with dumbbells)
This is the same Dip, Shrug, Drop, Stand, just with a light dumbbell in each hand
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP in a given time of:
5 DB DSDS
10 Chest Passes with Ball
5 DB Push Press (Oompa Loompa Press)
10 Overhead Passes with Ball
5 Goblet Squats
10 Side to Side Passes with Ball
***DSDS and Push Press are with a DB in each hand. The Goblet Squat requires just one DB. For side to side passes, each partner stands back-to-back. Pick a direction to rotate, and do ten side-to-side handoffs in that direction, then switch direction the following round(s)***
Metcon (Time)
Game: Bullseye. Similar to darts, three circles will be drawn on the ground, one inside of the other. The outermost circle is worth one point, the inner circle is worth two, and the middle (smallest) circle is worth three points. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game wins. The kids will start by performing three tuck jumps/burpees/jumping jacks/line hops/etc. behind the start line. They will then proceed to the throwing line and attempt a single bean bag toss to one of the circles. The coach decides how long the game will be played
