Warm-up (No Measure)
3:00 minutes of continuous shuttle run from one end of the floor to the other (Or 400m run outside if dry). Every 30 seconds, stop and do 5 reps of a movement (jumping jacks, squats, tuck jumps, etc.)
Stinkbug (Stinkbug Box Walk Arounds)
Practice walking in a stinkbug position with the toes on the box. “Walk” on your hands in an arc around the box in both directions
Metcon (Time)
4 Round Station Rotation of:
30 seconds of Rowing
30 seconds of Grasshoppers
30 seconds of Lunges (any kind)
30 seconds of Inchworm Stinkbugs (**For inchworm stinkbugs: start in a plank position, then walk your feet toward your hands into a stinkbug position, then back to the plank start position. Hands stay glued to the ground the whole time**)
