3 times through of: 5 Donkey Kicks -> Run outside to cone and back -> 5 Super Slow Squats
Wall Walk (Practice)
Walk up as far as possible while keeping braced. Certain movements can be added in at the top to make it more fun, such as right hand up, left hand up, tap your head, shuffle left, touch your leg, etc
Metcon (Time)
AMRAP in a given time of:
6 KB Deadlifts
2 Wall Walks (Hold the top for three seconds before descending)
4 HS Box Kick Ups (Add in a toe tap if necessary)
