Warm-up (No Measure)
Wall to Wall for 4:00-5:00:
“Switch” -> Switch movements when you hear the whistle sound:
Inchworms
Crab Walk
Duck Walk
Backpedal
Front Squat (Hot Potato)
For Hot Potato, start in a circle with one kid in possession of the foam ball. The first kid will perform three front squats with the foam ball. Upon completion of the squats, toss the ball to another person. Keep moving until the coach says stop. Variations include widening the circle and/or how the ball is tossed

AMRAP in a given time of:
Run outside to the cone and back
8 Front Squats (Possibly w/ PVC)
15 second HS Hold (Wall climb your feet up the wall with hands glued in the original pushup start position. Look at your toes for the whole HS hold)
