***Regular Classes are only at Mylan on Thursday October 13th (Class times are 5:30 and 8:30 am, and 4:00 and 5:00 pm). There are no morning classes at Mylan on Friday, October 14th. Everything else is as scheduled. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.***

Warm-up (No Measure)
Players run around a circle of cones in the middle of the room. When “freeze!” is called, a location in the room is yelled out along with a certain number of reps of a movement to be performed there. Players go to the designated place, complete the reps, and then return to running in a circle

In teams, complete 3 rounds of 30 seconds each of:
Rowing
T Push-Ups
Push Jerks
DB Overhead Hold L/R
Rest 30 seconds between rounds
Metcon (Time)
Game: Quiet Corner. Place four cones at each corner of the game space. Label each corner with a number one through four. All athletes meet in the middle, circled around “It,” whose eyes are covered with a blindfold. When coach says, “Go,” all athletes (except “It”) move quickly and quietly to a corner of their choice. Once everyone has chosen a corner, “It” calls out one of the four numbers. All the athletes in the chosen corner perform 10 repetitions of a movement chosen by It. If the selected corner has no athletes, another round is played with the same blindfolded athlete. Otherwise, a new “It” is chosen once movements are performed, and the game continues. Repetitions and how the kids move will add some variety as well
