Games and Wars. Some examples will include plank on hands, plank on elbows, right hand to the sky, left hand to the sky, barrel roll, 360 degree turn, plank shuffle, etc. The more creative the better!

5 Box Step Ups (each leg)
7 Push Presses

Game: Design an obstacle course. Some ideas include: army crawl, hop overs, zig zag, speed ladder, etc.
