Warm-up (No Measure)
Partner Warm Up of: Roll -> 3 Tuck Jumps -> Side Shuffle Foam Ball Toss (chest pass, soccer throw, one handed, granny tosses, etc.)
***The roll and tuck jumps should be together with your partner***
Stinkbug (Practice)
These are stinkbug walk arounds on a box/mat. In a stinkbug position with toes on the box/mat, walk your hands 180 degrees around the box and then reverse directions back to the starting point. If this is too easy, go 360 degrees, or add shoulder taps when instructed
Metcon (Time)
AMRAP in a given time of:
7 second Overhead Plate Hold (Arms straight and pinch shoulders together and keep your rib cage down!)
5 Burpee Plate Hop Overs
3 Super Slow Squats (Keep chest up and heels on the ground!)
