Wall Walk (Practice)
Wall Holds/Walks are going to be practiced. We can make a game out of it too, for example: right hand up, left hand tap your head, shuffle left, touch your leg, etc. We will also go over proper bailing (either walk back down the wall the opposite way they went up, complete a forward roll or perform a handstand pirouette)
Metcon (Time)
AMRAP Station Rotation of:
1) Row
2) Inverted Roving Plank
3) Wall Ball Toss

Game: Army Dodgeball OR Protect the Pin. A twist on army dodgeball, whatever body part gets hit can not be used. For example, if you get hit on one arm, you have to use the other for the remainder of the game
