***Mountaineer CrossFit members Lex Ozias, Dom Dixon, and Sonny Zickefoose are competing at the Wodapalooza Fitness festival this weekend (January 13-15) in Miami! You can watch them compete on floelite.com. They will be competing as a team in the Rx division***

Freeze Tag
Push-ups (Bottom – Top – Bottom Push Ups)
Start at the bottom position of the push up, with the entire body flat on the floor with hands under shoulders. On the command “up” press up in to a strong plank position and hold. On the command “down” return to the bottom position keeping midline as solid as possible.
Metcon (Time)
AMRAP in a given amount of time of:
5 Push Ups
7 Front Squats
9 Line hops (back & forth)
