Warm-up (No Measure)
Team Medball Conga Line
Teams of two, and everyone starts sitting in a line at one end of the room. The first person (Person A) hands a medball overhead to the person behind them, then Person A immediately finds a seat behind the last person in line. The conga line continues until everyone gets past the finish line!
Push-ups (Focus: Bring Sally Up)
This is a listening skill. When the song says “Bring Sally Up,” everyone pushes up off of the floor. When the song says “Bring Sally Down,” everyone lowers down to the bottom of the push up. Continue until the song is finished!
Metcon (Time)
Team relay in a given time of:
10 Side to Side Hops -> Zig Zag through cones -> Roll -> Wall Ball basketball shot -> Sprint to finish
Each person gets one shot from behind a cone into a bucket/flipped over box. Using a light wall ball or foam ball, start in the front squat position, squat down, stand and shoot! You get one shot!
