Warm-up (No Measure)
Wide-receiver ball catch—run to a cone, forward roll, turn and catch the ball
Push-ups (Focus: Roving Plank Obstacle Course)
For the obstacle course, a stack of plates, PVC between boxes, etc, will form the obstacle course that athletes must move through, over, and under maintaining the plank position throughout. Rotate and move in roving plank position in as many directions as possible.
