3 Rounds: Roving plank -> Broad jumps -> Lunge steps -> Bear crawl
Air Squat (Focus: Hips to Wall)
Start in squat position a few inches from the wall. On the call of “squat,” touch your hips to the wall. Keep moving away from the wall until you can squat pockets below knees
