Warm-up (No Measure)

1 Roll -> 5 Push ups -> 10 Line Hops (Front and Back)
Shoulder Press (Focus: Heel Balance Drill)
Standing with toes hanging off the wooden boards, perform a few presses. Try to keep toes off the ground! Increase the challenge by moving more of the foot off the edge of the board until it is at the mid foot.
Push Press (Focus: Heel Balance Drill)
Standing with toes hanging off the wooden boards, perform a few push presses. Try to keep toes off the ground! Increase the challenge by moving more of the foot off the edge of the board until it is at the mid foot.
