Warm-up (No Measure)
Relay of: Log roll -> Bear crawl cone to cone -> Broad jump Cone to cone -> High knee skip back to start
Shoulder Press (Focus: Elbows to PVC Conga Line)
For the skill: One at a time, the kids will bring their thumbs to their shoulders. A PVC pipe will be held in front and they will have to raise their elbows to touch the PVC in the “Press position”. Then they will press/push press
