Warm-up (No Measure)
Four Station Rotation (:20 seconds at each, then rotate on the call of “Switch”):
1. Mountain Climbers
2. Squats
3. Plank
4. Jumping Jacks
Handstand Push-ups (Focus: Push the Ground)
For the skill: Start in a stinkbug position. “Pressing up the sky” for the Press is functionally the same as pressing “down the ground” for a stinkbug. Flip the press on its head and work this skill from a new angle
Metcon (Time)
AMRAP in a given amount of time of:
3 Box Jumps
6 Stinkbug Push Ups
9 Presses
