Mountaineer CrossFit – Kids
For April we will be focusing on tumbling. Basic skills of gymnastics will be covered throughout the month, including: rolls, cartwheels, and handstands to work on balance and coordination, among other things. These movements are also applicable for learning how to safely bail/tuck and roll, which is helpful for decreasing injury likelihood in other sports
