20 second T Push Ups
20 second Walking Lunges
Stinkbug (Focus: Walk Around Box)
For the skill, start with your hands on the ground and toes on the box. Hips are high in the stinkbug position and from here, walk your hands around the box until you successfully return to the start position. Follow this by walking in the opposite direction
