Mountaineer CrossFit – Kids
The month of May is all about the deadlift, a.k.a. how to properly pick an object up off of the ground! We will work different drills throughout the month, and we will also focus on the sumo deadlift high pull as well as the hang power clean!
Warm-up (No Measure)
3 Rounds of:
30 seconds Jump Rope
20 seconds Donkey Kicks
Deadlift (Focus: Descending Deadlifts)
There will be a line of kettlebells placed at various heights (from knee level to the floor). Everyone will start with the kettlebell at knee level and continue down the line as long as a proper Angry Gorilla Back is maintained!
