Warm-up (No Measure)
3 Round Relay of:
Forward Roll -> Lunge Walk -> High Knee Skips -> Backpedal -> 3 Push Ups
Deadlift (Focus: Good Mornings)
This will start unloaded with hands on hips or behind the head. If everything looks good, place a PVC on the back or use a very light resistance band
Metcon (Time)
AMRAP in a given time of:
2, 4, 6, 8,…Deadlifts
2, 4, 6, 8,…Broad Jumps
If deadlifts look good, use weight. Laser knees OUT on the broad jumps or keep feet and knees together if the knees are wobbly
