Mixed Tabata (Kids pick the two movements)
Deadlift (Focus: Knees Behind the PVC)
For the skill, start with a PVC at mid-shin level with a light kettlebell underneath it. Each kid will stand over the kettlebell and hide the knots of their shoes under the PVC. With knees stright, bend over and grasp the kettlebell. Bend the knees, keep shins behind the PVC and then set an Angry Gorilla back. No lifting of the KB!!
