***ATTENTION: This is the class schedule for the remainder of this week (May 17-20)!
Wednesday, May 17: Morning classes will be at their regular times and locations, but EVENING CLASSES WILL ONLY BE AT CHEAT LAKE (4:00, 5:00, and 6:00)!!!
Thursday, May 18: 6:00am, 7:00am, and 8:30 am ONLY AT CHEAT LAKE. Evening classes will operate under regular times and locations.
Friday, May 19: 5:30am, 7:00am, and 8:30am ONLY AT MYLAN PARK. Evening classes will operate under their regular times and locations.
Saturday, May 20: 10:30am at Mylan Park

Warm-up (No Measure)
Med Ball Relays (2 teams, 1 person moving at a time):
1. Med Ball Shoulder Carry
2. Med Ball Carry (hold it at your belly)
3. Med Ball Roll
4. Med Ball Bear Crawl (keep pushing the MB forward while in a bear crawl)
Deadlift (Focus: Clean the Room)
For the skill, the kids will split into 2 teams. One team member at a time runs to the opposite end of the room and retrieves an object (med ball, cone, hurdle, etc.). Each team receives 1 point for each object, but 4 points for using an “Angry Gorilla” back to pick it up. Keep going until time is called
Metcon (Time)
Ascending by 2’s for a given time of:
Deadlift
Wall Holds (3 second holds)
Sit Ups
