Warm-up (No Measure)
Dodgeball
Push Jerk (Practice with Barbell)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Push Jerks
10 Pull Ups
15m Sled Push
Metcon (Time)
Obstacle Course For Time: Jump Over Object -> Army Crawl Under Object -> Zig Zag Around Foam Rollers -> Forward Roll -> Backpedal to the Start -> Sprint to the Finish (Knock the ball off of the post to finish). There will be a one second time deduction for each penalty. The person with the fastest time gets to pick the skill we do Monday
