2 Rounds:
15 Kettlebell swings
20 Shoulder taps in plank
25 High knees in place
25 Butt kickers in place
Toes-To-Bar (Knees to chest)
Metcon (Time)
Partner wod:
400m run with wall ball (switch off wall ball with partner)
Then:
50 Toes to bar while partner hold wall ball overhead
75 Kettlebell swings while partner holds wall ball
100 air squats while partner holds wall sit with wall ball
Run 400m with wall ball
***Wall ball can not touch the ground. 25 burpee penalty for each time it hits the ground***
