Partner up and face each other and perform 10 each of the following movements, 2x through of:
Plank Rolls
Back to Back Rotations (Right and Left)
Squat Throws
Pull-ups (Practice)
1. Hollow Arch (PVC on Ground)
2. Hollow Arch (Bar)
3. Kip Swings
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Teens “Cindy”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats
