***Regular Classes are only at Mylan on Thursday October 13th (Class times are 5:30 and 8:30 am, and 4:00 and 5:00 pm). There are no morning classes at Mylan on Friday, October 14th. Everything else is as scheduled. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.***

Warm-up (No Measure)
The Pizza Game: Every person in class gets an Abmat (their “pizza”). The “pizza” has to be held overhead similar to a tray and cannot be gripped in any way. Once the game begins, everyone runs around and tries to knock over everyone else’s pizza. A dropped pizza means you have to do 2 burpees or whatever else the coach decides
