Warm-up (No Measure)
Bucket Ball: The class is split up into two equal teams. A bucket will be set up on either side of the gym. Once the game begins, teammates scramble to get the ball into the bucket. Scoring in the bucket gives a team 2 points
Handstand Push-ups (Practice)
Handstand pushups are going to be worked on from the ground and/or box. We are building off of the tripod position from last week
