10 PVC Good Mornings (3 Points of Contact: Head-Shoulders-Hips)
10 KB Deadlifts
10 “Perfect” Push Ups
Kettlebell Swings (Review Russian Swings)
You should be able to swing this weight 8-10 times without much issue or break in form!
Handstand Push-ups (Review From a Box)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
3, 6, 9, 12, 15,… KB Swings
3, 6, 9, 12, 15,… HSPU
For KB Swings: Same weight as the skill
For HSPU: Same as the skill
Mobility
Cool Down for 5 minutes. KB smashing works well! 😉
