Warm-up (No Measure)
5 minutes at a jogging pace of: Row 100m -> High Knee Skips -> Backpedal -> Butt Kickers -> Roving Plank Left/Right
Shoulder Press (Practice with Dumbbells)
Metcon (12 Rounds for reps)
Complete as many reps as possible in each minute for three rounds of:
1) DB Press
2) Box Jump Overs
3) Plank Hold
4) Jump Ropes
