Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 Minutes of:
P1 – 30 Wall Ball 20lbs/14lbs
20 Deadlift 135lbs/95lbs
10 Burpee Over Bar
P2 – 200 Double Unders
P1 Works until P2 completes the double unders and then the partners switch. The teams score is the number of rounds and reps of the WB/DL/BOB AMRAP.
